-- Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate the procurement process, including raising quotations, analyzing quotations, and preparing tender and procurement documents

-- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing, and track orders

-- Facilitate documentation delivery, obtain necessary signatures, scan, copy, and archive procurement documents efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible records

-- Support stock, inventory, and asset management, including counting and reporting

-- Expedite the delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams

-- Assist in preparing purchase orders within the company's ERP systems and track order progress, supplier performance

-- Working schedule: 5 working days, from 09:00 to 18:00

-- Place of work: Baku city, Salyan highway 32

-- Lunch is provided by the company
